2. Hosting and delivery data
The website is delivered through Amazon Web Services infrastructure, including Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. When the site is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process the IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser information and technical security data needed to deliver and protect the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only for the periods configured by the hosting provider and operator.
3. Private-preview enquiries
If you submit the private-preview form, we process the information you provide: name, email address, country, interest category, preferred capacity, project timeframe, message and consent status. We also transmit a submission identifier, timestamp, source page, browser user agent and referrer for delivery security and troubleshooting.
We use this information to answer your enquiry and, where you consent, to send product and prototype updates. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for steps requested before a possible contract. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
4. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Apps Script web application and stored in a Google Sheet controlled by BERNDT GmbH. Google Ireland Limited and affiliated Google companies may process technical and form data as service providers. Depending on service configuration, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Google provides contractual transfer safeguards where required. Access to the Sheet is restricted to authorised accounts.
5. Recipients and disclosure
Personal data is disclosed only to service providers required to operate the website and enquiry process, to advisers bound by confidentiality, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are reviewed regularly and deleted when they are no longer required for the conversation, anticipated project or consented updates. Records associated only with product updates are deleted after withdrawal of consent, subject to limited evidence needed to document that withdrawal and comply with legal obligations.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Tartu, Estonia, to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site. Plausible does not use cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers and does not track visitors across websites or days. The service measures information such as the requested page, referrer, visit duration, browser, operating system, device type and approximate location. The IP address and user agent are used transiently to calculate a daily changing identifier; according to Plausible, the raw values are not stored.
Plausible acts as our processor and processes website-visitor data within the European Union. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the reach and use of this website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use the analytics data for advertising or individual profiling. More information is available in Plausible's data policy.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for Lower Saxony is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen. To exercise your rights, email hello@robotic-wine-cellar.com.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, form validation, a honeypot and duplicate-submission controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; measures are reviewed as the prototype programme and website evolve.
10. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice when the website, providers or processing activities change. The date above identifies the current version.
