RWC 20 / PRODUCT
A cellar shaped
by restraint.
RWC 20 is an app-controlled underground robotic wine cellar. Its standard configuration stores 20 indexed bottles and presents the selected bottle upright at garden level; capacity can be engineered for individual projects.
01 / OVERVIEW
Present above.
Store below.
The visible object is a flush circular garden-level interface. Beneath it, two opposing bottle racks, a central robotic transfer mechanism and a separate delivery path form one compact system. The architecture remains calm until a bottle is requested.
02 / SYSTEM
One bottle.
One protected path.
The intended sequence separates storage, robotic transfer and delivery. A selected bottle remains supported by its cassette while the robot aligns, transfers it to the delivery lift and presents it upright at garden level.
Designed around the bottle
The current envelope is based on standard red-wine bottles up to one litre. Exact maximum height, diameter, shoulder profile and mass will be published after physical fit and handling tests.
Capacity designed around the project
The standard RWC 20 uses two opposing racks with ten indexed positions each. A different capacity is an engineered custom configuration: rack geometry, shaft dimensions, robot travel, structure, climate strategy and safety validation are adapted to the project.
