ROBOTIC RETRIEVAL

Four movements.
One quiet ritual.

The intended RWC sequence turns a digital selection into a controlled physical handover while keeping the storage volume below ground.

01 / SEQUENCE

From collection
to presentation.

  1. 01

    Choose

Select an indexed bottle in the RWC app.

  2. 02

    Align

The robotic axes move to the assigned cassette position.

  3. 03

    Transfer

The supported cassette moves into the separate delivery path.

  4. 04

    Present

The bottle arrives upright at the controlled garden-level interface.

Prototype validation requiredThe final motion architecture, cycle time, positional accuracy and bottle-handling forces will be confirmed through a full-scale dry prototype and instrumented bottle tests.

02 / ARCHITECTURE

Separate functions.
Clear states.

Storage

Twenty indexed positions are divided between two opposing racks. The bottle cassette is intended to support the body of the bottle rather than grip the label or closure.

Robotic transfer

A central multi-axis mechanism aligns with the selected position. The control system must verify location, cassette engagement and transfer state before continuing.

Delivery

A dedicated vertical lift separates the presentation movement from rack access. The garden-level interface remains locked whenever an unsafe movement or access condition is detected.
